Subject: [PATCH net-next] fou: Remove XRFM from NET_FOU Kconfig

XRFM is no longer needed for configuring FOU tunnels
(CONFIG_NET_FOU_IP_TUNNELS), remove from Kconfig.

Built and installed kernel and setup GUE/FOU tunnels.
