It's not in the list yet. v2, which is the latest version, does not
use exec/defer to bring the interface back up.

My submission is that the test code that will come in v3 is going to
be correct, except that sometimes I see a delay in getting the
interface back up, specifically when I use exec() or defer() for if
up. And I am being certain that the delay is not caused because of any
mistake I have made in the new tests..
